New to T. Russell of Fordharn, Cambridgeshire in December 1902.
Arthur Napper bought this engine for £45 in 1949 and it was with it he won the challenge race in 1950 for a barrel of beer. The event was covered by the press and helped start the interest in steam preservation and steam rallies as we know them today.
