Owned and built by owner Dave Coulson from 1990 to 1993. The model is based on Coulson & Wears full sized engines built in Stamford in the mid 1800's.

Owned by Jon Gorman, Sawbridgeworth. This engine is one of only seven Fowell engines remaining in existence.
