This engine was made for Messrs. Green Brothers of Glasgow and then passed to Green Brothers of Preston and was used with their "Motor Car Switchback" ride and Dragon Scenic Railway. In 1932 the engine was purchased by Showman Mr Edward Silcock of Warrington and used by him until 1949. it was purchased for preservation in 1950 by the Mr Tom Alberts of Bolton.
